Hey guys,
In the below I have bucketing which totals to 9614.This is in DASHBOARD WELCOME SHEET and shows todays activity.
This is computed using formula :
Count( distinct { <CATEGORY = {'OPEN'}, DATEOUT_SELECT={'$(vQOutStandingDate)'},DATEKEY_DB_SELECT={'<=$(vLatestRecvDt)'} >} WORKFLOWRTNGKEY)
+
Count( DISTINCT { <CATEGORY = {'OPEN'}, DATEOUT_DB_SELECT={'>$(vLatestRecvDt)'}, DATEIN_DB_SELECT={'<=$(vLatestRecvDt)'} >} WORKFLOWRTNGKEY)
This is in DashBoard welcome SHEET
In the next sheet ( OPEN)
then can do analytics. If I make back date selections in OPEN tab, it should not affect the selections in DASHBOARD WELCOME SHEET.
How can I do using alternate states and how my new formula look like with alternate state:
Essentially, I am using the same formula in DASHBOARD WELCOME SHEET and OPEN sheets
Count( distinct { <CATEGORY = {'OPEN'}, DATEOUT_SELECT={'$(vQOutStandingDate)'},DATEKEY_DB_SELECT={'<=$(vLatestRecvDt)'} >} WORKFLOWRTNGKEY)
+
Count( DISTINCT { <CATEGORY = {'OPEN'}, DATEOUT_DB_SELECT={'>$(vLatestRecvDt)'}, DATEIN_DB_SELECT={'<=$(vLatestRecvDt)'} >} WORKFLOWRTNGKEY)
Just add the alternate state name in between { < in your set analysis like below.
Count( distinct {GRP1 <CATEGORY = {'OPEN'}, DATEOUT_SELECT={'$(vQOutStandingDate)'},DATEKEY_DB_SELECT={'<=$(vLatestRecvDt)'} >} WORKFLOWRTNGKEY)
+
Count( DISTINCT {GRP1 <CATEGORY = {'OPEN'}, DATEOUT_DB_SELECT={'>$(vLatestRecvDt)'}, DATEIN_DB_SELECT={'<=$(vLatestRecvDt)'} >} WORKFLOWRTNGKEY)
