Handling of multiple PERIOD fields

Hello Community,

I need your help one more time.

I think everyone meets this challenge at least once in his Qlik-Career.

- more than 5 tables

- each one of them has its own PERIOD field

- each table has an ID as key field, so I'm mapping the tables through the ID

- to avoid synthetic keys, I did rename every single PERIOD field

- and now, I'm not able to show the values of 2 different tables in one Chart (for example: Line Chart)

I thought about MASTER CALENDAR, but really do not know if that would be best practice.

Could anyone guide me through the right Approach, please?

Best regards

K.K

In such scenario, you could try implementing canonical date concept. Read it here: Canonical Date
