Hi Community,
I can't think of any workarounds. Has anyone faced this problem already and found a solution? Or is it a known QV bug?
Thanks,
Ram
Please post a sample that demonstates the issue.
Ram can you post a sample
Sample attached.

Ram,
It seems that it does not work as of now. Please refer these posts:
hmm.. Strange. I have got a user requirement where they want the following
1. Graph1 to be influenced by selection set 1
2. Graph2 to be influenced by selection set 2
3. Graph2 should not be influenced by selection 1 and vice versa
4. Graph1 and Graph2 uses the same Drill down group.
For this i designed Graph1 not to have an alternate state and Graph2 to have one. And selection set 2 and Graph2 share the same alternate state. But the drill down plays spoilsport. Since it is a known bug, probably I'll have get back to the user and say this is a bug.... Not good.
I have tried some alternate way using conditional enablement of dimensions using getselectedcount() in the attached sample. Hope that gives you some idea of way forward.
HI Ramkumar,
As of my knowledge, Drill Down functionality doesn't work with Alternate State in QV.
But Cyclic Group Functionality works with Alternate State in QV.
Hope you can make user understand about the requirement with Cyclic Group Functionality.
