Help Needed on QlikView Accespoint

Hi Team,

We are facing an issue to show the LoginID (welcome message) in the Access point.

QlikView access point is showing the Name (for ex: ‘Sibin’) instead of Login ID (for ex: ‘Custom\a-Sibin.Jacob’) in the Dev and QA environments.

But it is showing the Login ID in the stage environment.

We have clustered servers in Stage environment and the web servers is in different domains.

We need to show the name in the QlikView Access point same as Dev and QA environments. Please find the attached screenshots.

That is not a QlikView issue it is an AD issue. The QA DEV servers appear to have a trusted connection to your AD server so they can receive the real name of the account, but the Stage server is not getting those details. You need to talk to your network admins about diagnosing the difference.

Thanks for the reply.

We are not using the AD. we configured the directory service connectors with 'ODBC configurable'.

How can I make this trusted connection in stage server as we are not using the AD ?
