Currently I need to know is QlikView works on with DB2 (IBM AS/400)? If yes, then How? Is their any step by step document available to connect AS/400 with QlikView using OBBC.

What you will need is to have the ODBC drivers installed on any machine that will be connecting to DB2.  This may involve installing Client Access.  Once you have the drivers installed create the connection using the ODBC Data Source Administrator.  Once the Data Source has been created you can use it within QlikView.

For connecting AS/400 with qlikview, you need to first install iSeries Access ODBC Driver.
