Hello,
Make sure you have previously created one and that you are accessing to your document as admin and your hidden script password is set properly.

Thanks Miguel A. Baeyens,
I got your solution. but the problem i have created all the users with USER Access none of them has ADMIN Access. Is there any way top retrive this.
Regards,XXX
Hi,
I'm afraid there's not any way, since users with USER value in ACCESS field in section access are not allowed to edit hidden script by default.
Regards.
May be Qlikview has to come up with an enhancement to restrict to create the hidden script without admin access or atleast it should throw some warining message to indicate the user.

Hi Miguel A. Baeyens,
I got the update from Qliktech Support as the support will be provided only for the licensed product not for the personal editon. Our test license has been expired. We are not sure how a product development company not checking as the issue of free version. If the issue is geniune i think they should address it . Since it may have the impact on the product itself. Either there should be some solution or we have live with this limitation..............................
Hello,
It is a limitation, but documented by QlikView in their different manuals. They first recommend to do a backup of the file independently of whether you have a licensed edition or not. It is documented as well that ACCESS field in section access allows two possible values, ADMIN for those user with access to the script, and USER for those who have not. And the same to keep and active ADMIN user with a known password, to avoid these kind of issues.
If you didn't do a backup, I'm afraid you will have to create your document from scratch.
