Hi, I have a pivot table with survey questions done by different category of users.
Categories | Q1 | Q2 |
---|---|---|
Category 1 | 5 | 10 |
Category 2 | 10 | 7 |
Category 3 | 5 | 8 |
Total | 20 | 25 |
I want to hide category 3 but the total value should include the Q1 and Q2 values from Category 3. can this be done? please help

Thanks for the help. I have managed to hide the rows but the total is affected though i have followed the same method. the total excludes the hidden rows values. Is there any other way to prevent this?

If you did like that means there is no sense in business terms. 5 + 10 = 20 means its not a correct your approach is wrong
