I have tables A, U and E

A can have 0 or more U

U can have 0 or more E

Facts exist for both A and U

Dimensions exist for A,U and E

For example, the concatenated table for A(1,2), U(21,22,23) and E(211,212) would look like

1	100
2	90
2		21	10
2		22	15
2		23	20
2		21		211
2		21		212

Also trying to get a reference for building dimensional models - if anyone has recommendations.  Thanks in advance.
