Hierarchy Load with column for levels

Hello to all,

I am trying to laod a Hierarchie from a CSV file (see attachment).

The csv contains a column for each level.

Somebody has experience with loading from this format?

Would be great to get some help.

Was trying with the wizard, but was not successful.
