There is Sort order option in  in the Group Settings.

Please find the below image,

Thank's, but it hasn't worked for some odd reason as i'm doing an Expression Match.

=match([Grade Group],'Standard','Standard Plus','Superior','Delux','Delux Plus','Prestige','Special','Apt/Chalet','Accessible','Touring')

Do i need to put in the name of the Dimension = [Grade Group] or the Cycle name ?

Anyone know why the expression doesn't work?

try this Expression in sort tab

=if (getcurrentfield(yourgroup)=[Grade Group], match(......   like above

then only if Grade Group is visible by cycle Group it will sort according to your definitions

otherway would be to use dual when you load the definitions of your Grade Group

Have you checked that it is not being overridden by the sort order on the chart it is being used in? In my experience the sort order set in the chart will be applied first.

Yes Bella, I have checked that.  Thanks
