How to Center a Gauge Chart with Title and Caption?

I'm sure there's a way, and it's probably simple, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to align the gauge with the title and caption.  The title and caption are both centered in my app, but see how the gauge is shifted to the left?  Does anyone know how to center all elements?

I think the only way is to move the border of the right side more to the left

Press SHIFT+CTRL and you will see red borders, adjust them centerig the gauge...
