How to Change Label Names each trellis in scatter chart.

Hi all,

Please see the attached file.

Can we rename the labels of each Trellis diagram in scatter chart.

i.e; Label Name of each Trellis looks like 3/1, 4/1, 5/1 and so on but i am trying to change them as 1,2,3, and so on..

The Numbers displaying should dynamic that is  "If 3 Trellis diagrams are displayed in chart then only 3 continous numeric numbers should display each.

And how can i change the Horizontal slider to Vertical slider position in scatter chart (NOTE: I am using Trellis(both primary and secondary)).
