How to add artistic effects?

Hi all,

I have this graph:

So... I would like to add the Brazilian flag and I would like to improve the wallpaper adding a image about salmon industry for example...

Anybody can help me with this?

Where do you want to add the images?

You can add a background image in Color tab, Frame background

Thank you Maxgro,  So... I would like to add a Brazilian flag over the graph which I showed...

the chart at the top is with the background color

the chart at the bottom is with 2 objects: a chart and a textbox (with an image)  over the chart; you can use the layer in layout tab to get the textbox over the chart
