How to add new line with distribution level in pivot table?

Hi,

im sure i´ve seen a solution for this problem a few months ago, but i couldn´t recover it.

I´ve got a pivot table with one horizontal and one vertical dimension which shows the distribution per customer and product. In addition to the sum of amount i want to see the distributionlevel per customer and per product as you can see in following image:

How can i add a this new "total line"?

I´ve attached an example for trying.

I've attached an example, with the Bottom totals.

But not too sure how to achieve the vertical distribution total %

I think there´s no way to manage it in only one table.
