Is there a possibility to change the Background and Font Color in Listboxes?
I have a black Design and want to reverse the Colors in the Listbox, so the Color of the Backgound should be black and the color of the font should be white. In the properties i have no chance to change it.
Here an Example:
Simpler version attached. There was no need for the extra field.
You can't change the colors in a list box. However, you can make a fake list box out of a chart, which you can then format however you want. You lose some functionality though, like being able to search, so best used for short lists. See attached.

Hey John,
thanks you really very much for your help! IT WORKS!
I tried it several times - but never had the idea to solve it in your way!
Hi John,
Good solution, even in 2013!
Small add-on. If you add "and GetSelectedCount(Employee)>0" to the design-expressions like:
=if(len(Employee) and GetSelectedCount(Employee)>0,rgb(80,80,80),black())
then they don't look like they are selected when there are no selections.

Hello John
It has been 6 years since you posted this online, but I am looking for a solution where I can change the font of a list box. I have seen your example, but wanted to know how you got your example to stay static and all selections to be visible after a selection is made?
I have tried to replicate your example, but all my un-selected options disappear once a selection has been made
Kind Regards
Helen
