Hi All,
Basically, I want to show how many calls total for that toll free number, and within that total volume, how many are hang ups, self-service and get into queue. Then I want to show how many get-in-queue (# to Queue) calls, get answered by reps, how many are abandoned, and transfer to another place by reps per business unit.
Is there anyway to create a table similar to the one below in Qlikview? If not, what is the better way to show this?
