Did you try Show All Values on the Dimension tab? You want to modify Suppress Zero-Values and/or Suppress Missing on the Presentation tab. The results of those expressions when there is no data is either zero or null. The Suppress options hide zero and null values respectively. Try unchecking them to show the missing records.
Nmiller ,
Thanks for your inpiut but I had already tried these options...
Can you give me idea about how to hide perticular row in pivot table (such as '-' containing row I want to remove)
To hide a row in a pivot table, all expressions in that row must be null (-). Look at a record you don't want to show on your chart and make sure all values are null. If a value isn't null, then modify the expression, so it is null for those records you don't want to show.
Hi Nmiller plaese check attached application for understanding
Hi This is excelsheet for various approaches I had tried and problem description
hi,
that's not subtotal,
you can try this:
go to your table, properties -> Dimension->support Month
and then setting for Selected dimension check 'Suppress when value is null'
