How to do a for loop in qlikview

Hello

I am trying to sum units sold from January through this month.

My basic thoughts were to set a range = [January - Month(today())]

Then just do a for loop adding each value in the range to a variable. Is there a way to do this in Qlikview, or would I have to use set analysis?
