How to do when i press the button i want to select all but exclude cust_seg=A18

Hi All

I need to insert exclude cust_seg=A18 , meaning i want to incude all cust_seg except A18.

So that when i press the button , i want to select all except cust_seg=A18 . may i know how to do it ?
