How to get Employees whose working hours greater than 40 hrs for more than two months or weeks and should get offices of those employees which are more than 20%?

How to get Employees whose working hours greater than 40 hrs for more than two months or weeks and should get offices of those employees which are more than 20%.
Need this to achieve both in Text box and either straight/pivot table.
I have Fields Empname,Empid,Periods,year,Working_hours.
