Sorting will be by design disabled if inter-record functions are used, see: Re: Interactive sort not working when using RowNo() for coloring alternative rows in straight table.

I already have the correct rowno but no the expected result accumulating the QTY in the correct order.

I am sorry but I don't catch what your problem is. Could you give us more details?

Is it interactive sort or is it how the calculations are ordered or carried out or is it in the sums you are getting.

If you could give us an example of what is wrong and what should be the right...

If you want the accumulated number of Sum(QTY), you should get rid of all the Aggr() functions and instead use

   RangeSum(Above(total Sum(QTY),0,RowNo(total)))

Thanks for your question.  I'm not worried about the interactive sort, the problem is the order of the accumulation.

Feel free and see the new file attached and inside I explain better the require.

Hi Henric,

I am still struggling to understand why I am getting duplicates and how I can overcome this issue.

I have trouble shooted this in SQL and I found the duplication of records (very few) occurs due to the link between the “training_contracts” and “training_contract_returns” tables. When I remove “training_contract_returns” from the sql, there are no duplications.

I think the issue is this……there is only one field in the “training_contract_returns” (id), that I can use to link to other tables:-

How can I tackle this situation?
