How to hide gray space in listbox?

Hi,

i have a listbox which populates data based on other listbox.

if i select some value in 1st listbox, then the 2nd listbox shows the values which are excluded to that.

but i used 'Hide Excluded' option also, but its hiding only the data, but the gray empty space remains there.

how can i hide it?

can anyone help me?

One way to do it is to trick QlikView.  Instead of using a list box, use a straight table, then hide your expression column. See attached.
