How to link the data ???

Hi all

I want to link "Month" with "Period" . Month field values are Jan, Feb, Mar….Dec.

If I want to click P1 that should display Oct, P2 - Nov, P3 - Dec… P12 - Sep

LOAD Month;

FROM Total;

Period:

LOAD * INLINE [

Period

P1

P2

P3

P4

P5

P6

P7

P8

P9

P10

P11

P12

;

How can I do this ???...can anyone help.
