If you are using SBS then you can close the server and then delete the *.PGO files.
If you are using EBS then you sholud not delete *.PGO files from Mounted folder as this might delete the user made reports. Hence delete *.pgo files from Userprofile\ApplicationData\Qlitech\... (the path
depends on the Windows version.)
