How do you exporting data to excel via macro function or by just Send to excel functionality?

Please come up with more detailed description.

Well than you need just to prepare the straight or pivot table whatever you're exporting to that you wish to see in excel.

Hi,

Select View -> View-Grid View  ->  right click your straight table select -> Custom Format Cell

and format as per your requirement

May be you can try with 'calculated Conditon' in the Table Box -> General Tab..

like

=count(ID)<100

Then apply the error message 'More than 100 Lines'
