How to sum field values of one dimension in the next dimesion

I am trying to implement the below sheet in qlikview straight table

The only challenge I have here is how to add the sale and forecast amounts of 2014 and show that in 2015 column last row

and 2015 sale+forecast amounts in 2016 last row

May be using Above()/Below() or Before()/After() functions
