I want to get the difference between current date and date field (certexpirydate)

The date format of [certexpirydate] field is 'Mar 16 11:34:29 2023 GMT'.  

date() - date#(certexpirydate)

Today()-Date#(Left(certexpirydate,Index(certexpirydate,' ',-1)-1),'MMM DD hh:mm:ss YYYY')
