Hi, I have some values of sales and their dates (month / year)
This graphic shows with a 'X' if a product had sales in a month/year
My problem is: I need to show if any product had sales in continous months, examples:
- Product A1001 Month 6/2018 and 7/2018
- Product C1008 Month 12/2018 and 1/2019
And show the graphic:
Attached Excel file with basic data.
Thank you very much for any help or idea.
Hi Sergio0592, although I showed the gray cells only to make it clear what the continuous months with sales were, your solution worked for me and I will show it that way.
Thank you.
Hi,
I can't open your Excel file, so i have created a little sample. In the pivot table, i use as background color for expression the following formula for highlight continuous months:
if((Before("Sales")&"Sales"='XX') or After("Sales")&"Sales"='XX',LightGray())
And "Sales" is
if(sum(Sales)>0,'X','')
Is it what you're trying ton achieve?
