Try somthing like

Image:

LOAD

     EventID,

Image As ImageText
FROM
(
ooxml, embedded labels, table is Sheet2);

Bundle Info LOAD
EventID,
ImageText
Resident Image;

Here ImageText consists of the Image Information like you have //115.112.134.201/images/UploadFile/aoe1to55nouern551nxqicnl_999934_531333166974105_1156677466_n.jpg

I have tried with / slash but still not working. I think there might be some problem in displaying image from shared network folder..or else some other syntax. As I am trying with

//115.112.134.201/images/UploadFile/aoe1to55nouern551nxqicnl_999934_531333166974105_1156677466_n.jpg

its not working but from my local drive its working

But I offered you try with \

I should say that I tried to change my

\\localhost\c\Users\sergey\Pictures\4438286-xs.jpg

to

//localhost/c/Users/sergey/Pictures/4438286-xs.jpg

and it doesn't work.

But it works perfectly for

\\localhost\c\Users\sergey\Pictures\4438286-xs.jpg

So I think the usage of path in // format is definitely incorrect.

So the answer to your first question is: you missed http: - in the beginning of your path

it's not a format. it's a different protocol
