Import data from csv

Hello everyone,

PFA,

Please assist me with importing the data from a csv file as attached and putting it into the correct columns. On the attached file, I have highlighted both original state and the expected state.

In the script add Where statement:
Where isnum(EnterpriseRegistrationNo)
