In the QlikView Accesspoint the Icon URL and the App name hyperlink URL are different

Hi,

In the QlikView Accesspoint the Icon URL and the App name hyperlink URL are different. Due to this I'm not able to customize the Accesspoint.

What is happening is when I click on the application name which is in blue colour hyperlink below the icon, it is opening that application, but whenever i click on the application icon, only the image of the icon is opening.

In a default AccessPoint, these two links are exactly the same.

So do you want us to guess what you did wrong in your customsation without being allowed to have a look at it?

Please provide some more details of the changes, or post an example of the two links that differ. Thanks.
