In what scenario will use following

sum( {$<Product = Product + {OurProduct1} – {OurProduct2} >} Sales )


Hi All,


Finally, I understood the expression above defined. but not understanding the scenario.


here user wants to take sum of sales for all products including OurProduct1 - OurProduct2


Lets suppose, OurProduct2 needs to be deducted but why OurProduct1 should included. Its already consider here.

Anyone could help me on this?

The above expression is trying to state the

out of list of Product keep only the OurProduct1 in Product and exclude the OurProduct2 list

Ex:

If you have a list box displaying the products and user selected  values  'OurProduct3' and 'OurProduct2' out of the list then,



the chart will display the sum for the values for 

  The selected product 'OurProduct3' + 'OurProduct1'


Product              Amount

'OurProduct1'     20000

'OurProduct3'     30000


'OurProduct2' is excluded from the chart results even though it was selected in the list box by the user
