I created a table called Docfile
and loaded the data, next I did a left join on table Docfile. Next I Create a second table
called Covered: and I imported an excel file.
I renamed a column in the second file to match the same column in table Docfile( docfile.userID=Covered.userID)
I want to know how many rows I have for each type of status. There are
three statuses: yes, no, and maybe.
Chart:
When I used the count(status) and use no filters, I got the correct amount of rows.
When I filter on the "no" status, I got the correct amount of rows.
When I filter on "maybe", I got the correct amount
When I filtered on the "yes", I got the correct row count
However, if I select "yes" and "maybe", the count is off by the number of "maybe’s". As if it does not even see the "maybe" statuses.
Any thoughts why this seems to not count correctly for yes and maybe status?
Thanks
Docfile:
LOAD
userID,
Status
......
FROM xyzfile…..
Left Join(Docfile)
Covered:
LOAD
ID as userID,
.....
FROM pdq file……
Where are you getting your count? Do you have a text object that has something like this:
=count(DISTINCT FieldName)
?
HI,
Try using And Mode in General tab in properties
yes count(status) and use a list box to filter on the type of status.
On the list box? the general tab And mode is grayed out.
