Incremental load

Hi ,

I would like to built an application that will give an incremental logic for the below scenario.

I have Firm and sales information. that data is updated daily on to the Sales table, I am using this table in to incremental Application.

here the data increment has to happen when ever the data is updated newly and any data modification has happened on the already loaded data,[To know this I didn't have the Modified date field information ] for this scenario how can I built an incremental logic at Qlikview level.

With a Key field or a composite (combination of all fields) Key you can achieve similar(upto some extend, i.e not all cases, like: update). See:Re: Incremental Load with out Time stamp

I have a scenario, could you please help me on this how can I get it work.

I have a QV app, with 10 Tables ,1 fact, 9 dimension, fact table is created with an incremental load.

the incremental operation will perform on daily basis, now  I want to delete particular date data, and in place of it I want to update with new data on that date. for this I would like to provide a button in the "UI" when user clicks on it, app should take the date and delete the data that is associated with that date and it should append the new data.

How can I do this ?
