Info about Qlikview cookbook

[At least according to the Amazon product page] Qlikview for Developers Cookbook 2nd edition (the one co-authored by Redmond and Gorgin) was first published in summer last year.

However it is not available for purchase and availability time is unknown,

the publisher does not list it among its publications about Qlikview,

and I essentially found no reviews or discussions about this book.

Which sheds a veil of mystery and intrigue about it . I wrote to Packt ti get some information but thus far no answer arrived. Does anybody know what the deal is? I was particularly tempted on getting is it seems like an expanded version of the acclaimed first edition but it seems to have all but vanished.

No real mystery. The book was never written and should never really have got onto the Amazon list.
