Is it possible to show the average value on an average trendline?

I have a line chart with 3 dimension in a line chart showing  total,  subtotal and %subtotal of total. For each dimension I also show the average trend line which is pretty nice. What would finish it for me is to show the average value represented by the trend line on the X-Axes or Y-axes, similar to a point value, depending on where the axes are set (left or right). Example graph is attached. Thanks in advance for any help provided.
