There may not be a JAR file containing APIs to connect to QlikView available now.

Using Workbench one can use QlikView objects in .net application and Using Webparts one can use QlikView objects in SharePoint site.

You may look at this thread that covers how to use QlikView objects as iFrame in other applications.
