I have tried with Combo Chart with Vertical reference lines and Grouping for Phases.but no luck.
Can any one have any idea about this.
For reference plz check below screen shot and data.
For grouping i have shown Phase and data combination but ha does not satisfied with.

Liked it, And good work around. But, coming to the use cases i mean next level for customer they won't understand easily as much we are proving. When Phase comes to the picture on X-Axis that's good to have even work around like below. I used Slider object for Phase to get in. Analysis more easy to get

How did you do that ?
Create Slider style and and select data field as Phase then click okay. You will get idea and drag to the same place where you want
This is not dynamic. In case new phase come say X, Y, Z etc how to tackle them?
Also we need to provide only one expression for reference line instead of as many as number of phases. In case we have 100 phase, should we created 100 expressions?
