Line chart

Hi All
Please find the attachment of the screenshot I have a issue with the line chart .
If i use the this expression
(Count(Sales)) then the line chart shows me a contineuos line .
and when i use this expression
(Count({={'&},Dept={'A','A_B'}>}Sales). it doesnot show the contineuos line .
Whats wrong with this .
Iam I doing something wrong ?

For your added Dept filter, that  periods probably don't have data.
