Link Table or not too Link?

Hi

I'm battling with a situation whereby I'm not too sure if I should link a table or not. When I concatenate or join the tables then my figures are out and I cannot get to the correct profit. I tried to Link the table but I cannot get it to work. If there are any ideas it would be greatly appreciated.  Attached are my test files.

Kind Regards.

Hi Terrence,

Sorry, my bad. I did not see the other sheets in your data. I have created 2 separate keys that link into your biggest table. I think this way, you'll get the desired results. Can you check please?

Hi Terence,

It's not entirely clear to me what tables you'd like to link, as your xlsx and qvd match.

Hi Johan

I want to create a link table that links all three tables together without any sync errors. I was thinking of creating a link table with the following fields: payroll, budget, period, fin_year and fin_month as standard fields which will link the three tables together.

Regards

Terence
