Listbox selections move to the top/before other listbox values

We have a Year and Month listbox in our QV apps.  Sporadically, when users select a value the selected value actually displays in front of the other listbox values.  For example, for the Year list box there are values 2007,2008, 2009,2010, 2011,etc.  If a user selects the value 2010 this value now displays above or before all other lisbox values (i.e. 2010,2007,2008,2009, 2011, etc.).  Basically it is screwing up the sort order when a user makes a selection.  The odd part is it is happening sporadically so not every time a user is making a selection.   I can not pinpoint why it is doing this.   

We recently upgraded from QV 11 R1 to R2.  I have not seen this issue in R1.

Hi,

Check the Sort by Expression and type Minstring({1} [Sort by Column]). Uncheck all other sorting checkboxes. Worked for me ..!!!

See that this was posted over a year ago but did you both eventually solve this? I had the same issue for a while but finally fixed it by selecting "Preserve Scroll Position" in Properties under Layout.

Simply put 1 in Sort By Expression. It will work Perfectly.
