Listbox showing non distinct values

I always thought that a listbox in Qlikview showed distinct values, however I have one that doesn't.

Can anyone please explain this?

May be there is extra space that might make the two different. Can you try Trim(%ItemID) as %ItemID in the script?

The horizontal scroll-bar at the bottom is an ominous sign. What comes at the far right of all those codes? Other text?

Using an alternative to what Sunny suggested, you could change the listbox field into something like

='[' & %ItemID & ']'

to include start/end-markers.
