I want to know loaded document refresh flow how it works internally in qlikview.

Any expert can give advise.

What is the use of QlikView Server and QlikView Publisher?

I´m not sure but i think that first server steps are:

1- Load Create Document.qvw.Meta (What is the difference between .qvw, .shared, .meta file)

2- Load Create Document.qvw.Shared
