Manual Input of User Names missing

Hi,

I need to add users as Recipients to access a QV doc.

When I search for them I cannot find them in the directory.

Same thing when I tried to assign them CALs, but then there was this choice of manual input so I could manually input their user names and like that give them named user cals.

But that is not available in the Distribution of document.

Any idea what I can do??
