Mapping question

Hi,

I need a suggestion on below scenario.

I have FACT Table with Call information, we have different vendors.

The requirement is to see the calls answered on particular day of all vendors.

Here issue is vendors are sitting at different locations, and i am unable to map the time zones with columns available.

Please find the attached files.

Then create master calender based on date of Call info...
