Marketing skills to Employee search

Hello,

Below is how I loaded Employee data with individual skills while loading data into Qlikview. My client now wants to display all employees having skills Spanish, Sociology and Marketing. If use listbox for selection it displays OR kind of result which means all employees having either Spanish OR Sociology OR Marketing will be displayed. How do I change it to AND?

Basically I want to display all employees having skills Spanish AND Sociology AND Marketing. I tried all sort of search like fuzzy, advance search but no luck.
