Measures and Timestamps not being displayed correctly

Qlik sum function won't sum an int column that is clearly a numeric value. Tried casting in all sorts of ways and it doesn't help the issues.

A custom measure that is calculated and working correctly is not being displayed over time using a timetsamp variable that is clearly correct and a timestamp. Line chart acting very weird.

Your STORYPOINTS values appear to be strings, based on the fact that they are left justified in the list.  You can convert to numeric using Num#.

Sum(Num#(STORYPOINTS, '0.0'))

It would be best to apply the Num# in the script if possible.

Thank you!

Any idea why my custom measures aren't displaying over time using a Timestamp variable?

Can you verify that your Timestamp field is numeric? Put it in a listbox and see if it's right or left justified.

They look numeric.  I'm not sure what the issue is.
