Milestones dates displayed in table using icons

Hello community,

I have table like the following (excel file attached)

I am quite new to QV, but it is fairly easy to reflect this data into my application, the point I am struggling with is that I want to give a more friendly view of the milestones dates, something similar to what I highlighted in red below:

Where:

Milestone 01 = yellow circle

Milestone 02 = letter "A"

Milestone 03 = green circle

Milestone 04 = yellow star

What I am aware so far is:

1) How to create a master calendar, even though I am still working on the canonical date process

2) How to add icons based on conditioning format

My real challlenge is how to add the information on a sort of timeline table so I can make a conditioning format to add the icons in the specific month that the milestone is to happen.

Thanks for the help and sorry for my bad terminology, I am pretty new to QV and hope to improve it as I use more the application.
