Min , Max and Segments in Gauge Chart

Hello Experts, 

I have records in excel such as login, logoff, working time etc... for different depts. Would like to show the productive hours of the team/s in terms of mood hence using Gauge chart in which have define Min value '00:00:00' and Max value "=Sum(IT_Prod_Hours) but unable to define the segments boundaries like BAD (RED) if record <= '03:59:59' , Ok (YELLOW) if record >= '04:00:00' - '06:59:59' and Happy (GREEN) if record >='07:00:00' however, when select particular date, it shows only one color and if "auto width" option selected then it shows three different color but niddle not moving to right color.

Would like to show the o/p : if select any date or period, niddle should point to respective color based on the IT_Prod_Hours for that particular date or period.

Appreciate your prompt revert as since last three days working on the same but unable to crack it.

You just need to understand the logic of time values. Review the enclosed sample app.

Thanks for your prompt revert. With the provided qvw, able to achive 80% output.

How can I set/fix the boundaries to segment to avoid changing colors and niddle should point to color based on the record.
