Money formatting

Hi,

How can we format a big number, such as 12345678910 into euro format € 12.345.678,910?

#.##0,00 €;-#.##0,00 € -- this desn't seem to work for me. 

P.S. I am editing in Notepad++ and I would like to declare in the right format at the time of loading the table.

should work
